🔔 What Do Alerts Mean?
FuelCheck sends you two types of alerts — here's what each one means and what to do.
🟡 Order Point Alert
What it means:
Your tank dropped to your order point — the level YOU set as your reminder to reorder. No emergency yet, but it's time to call your supplier and schedule a delivery.
What to do:
📞 Call your supplier and schedule a delivery for tomorrow or the next day. You still have time — don't rush.
🔴 Critical Alert
What it means:
Your tank is critically low — below 15%. You have hours left, not days. If you don't order fuel today you risk running out and losing sales.
What to do:
🚨 Call your supplier RIGHT NOW and request same-day or emergency delivery. Open FuelCheck and tap "Order Fuel" for your supplier's number.
💡 Pro tip: Set your order point high enough to give yourself 2-3 days buffer before hitting critical. If your supplier takes 24 hours to deliver, set your order point at 30-35%.
